Privacy policy

We only collect the data needed to process your order: name, phone, email and, for deliveries, your address. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Payment

We never store any card details. Depending on the method you choose, payment is processed by:

bank card and Apple Pay: Société Générale (Sogecommerce / Lyra platform) — card details are entered directly in the bank's secure form; Eola only receives a transaction identifier;
“Pay with Carlo”: Core by Carlo, a service of Carlo Technologies SARL (17 avenue Albert II, 98000 Monaco), with Lemonway SAS (payment institution licensed by the French ACPR, Paris) executing the operations. For this payment, Eola sends Core your email address, the amount and the order reference; you approve the payment in your Carlo app, under Carlo's own terms and privacy policy.

When you click "Pay", you accept the terms of sale: we keep with the order the accepted version, the timestamp and your browser's IP address, solely to prove this acceptance if a payment is disputed.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies and local storage essential to its operation (cart, language, session). No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

While you browse, your browser simply signals its presence every 30 seconds (the team's “who is on the site right now” counter) under a random per-tab identifier, erased as soon as you close the tab. No IP address or personal data is recorded.
